Profitec will treat the database with the utmost care. The Customer Care staff has access only to those areas of the database that allows them to access information required to respond to the end-users inquiries. The Database Management and Service Order Processing staff are authorized to build and maintain the system as well as make modifications according to the Customer’s specifications. The Revenue Assurance staff is authorized to provide a credit on an account or make modifications according to the Customers specifications.
